The E008 Embrace Outdoor Dining Chair echoes the design language of the E005 Embrace Armchair — a tense, handcrafted teak frame set against relaxed, casual upholstery. Designed by the Vienna-based studio EOOS, it brings an indoor dining experience confidently outside. The finger joints on the armrests and truss assembly beneath the seat are precise and considered, unmistakably crafted, while the soft cushion introduces an elegant informality against the sleek woodwork.
Material & Patina
The frame is solid FSC™-certified teak, untreated, sanded and assembled by hand to precise standards of craftsmanship. Left untreated, the teak develops a sophisticated silver-grey patina over time — a natural evolution that only adds to the character of the piece. The chair stacks in groups of up to four for convenient storage.
Cushion
The E008 can be used with or without its signature weather-resistant cushion. The cushion is upholstered in Agora Life Oat 1760 — a durable, recycled, fluorine-free fabric with a high degree of weather resistance.
