The Sideways Footstool is characterised by its soft shape and fine details that refer to the Sideways Sofa; the solid wooden frame and the distinctive legs, highlighting the elegance of the wooden features in the same way as the sofa does. The organic silhouette of the footstool is a classic trademark of Rikke Frost. The textile is cut from a single piece of material and must be stretched over the foam so that the weave of the fabric remains straight without wrinkling ā a task which only the most experienced upholsterers can master. Available in textile upholstery with FSCTM-certified oak in all finishes and walnut in oil.
