One of three furniture pieces created in 1945 by Vilhelm Lauritzen, the Foyer Bench was initially designed for Copenhagen’s Radio House, which today houses the Royal Danish Academy of Music. Alongside the longer, original design, Carl Hansen & Søn has adapted the bench into a more compact 131cm length so that the beauty of the original design can be enjoyed in smaller spaces; ideal for private residences, hotels and restaurants.
