Fritz Hansen 3107 Series 7 Dining Chair Light Beige Coloured Ash Black Legs Set Of 2
Manufacturer: Fritz Hansen
Designer: Arne Jacobsen
This is an original licensed Fritz Hansen piece.
Designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1955, the Series 7™ is the best-selling chair in Fritz Hansen’s collection — and one of the most recognisable pieces of furniture ever made. Seventy years on, it remains in continuous production, a measure of how completely Jacobsen resolved the problem of the modern chair: light, stackable, comfortable, and quietly beautiful from every angle.
The 3107 is the four-leg version — the original configuration. Slim 14mm powder coated steel tubes support a shell of nine pressure-moulded veneer layers, seven of beech beneath two outer layers of coloured ash. The result is a chair that is far stronger and more flexible than its slender profile suggests. Legs extend just beyond the seat edge, making the chairs easy to arrange in rows or stack for storage.
One set available in Light Beige Coloured Ash with a Black powder coated steel base, sold as a set of 2. Light Beige is a warm, neutral tone — versatile enough for a dining room, a kitchen, or a workspace, and well suited to both pale and darker table surfaces.
