The beautiful Swan™ chair was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1958 for the lobby and lounge areas of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. The design contains no straight lines, making it look organic and soft despite its simplicity and strong architectural appeal.
The Swan™ lounge chair comes fully upholstered in a wide range of textiles and leather types. The four-star base consists either of a satin chromed steel column connected to a base in satin brushed aluminium or a powder coated steel column connected to a base in powder coated aluminium. The inner shell is made of a hard moulded foam, padded with a softer foam structure to increase comfort.
Also available with an automatic return. A high version is also available which adds 8cm to the height (for a surcharge). Please contact one of our team for more information.
