Saarinen dining table designed by Eero Saarinen in 1957, this iconic pedestal table remains a masterwork of modernist furniture design. The sculptural tulip base in heavy cast aluminium with a black or white rilsan coating supports a seamless top available in marble, wood, or laminate. Its refined proportions and uncluttered silhouette make it equally at home in contemporary lofts or classic dining rooms. A timeless investment piece that elevates any interior with understated elegance and functional beauty.
The tops are available in white or black laminate, real wood veneer and several marble finishes. The marble has a special polyester coating to protect it. This is available in either a gloss or satin finish.
Please note that the white laminate top with white base at sizes D91cm, D107cm and D120cm and the Arabescato marble with glossy finish and white base at D120cm are available on the Knoll Quickship programme with a 4 week delivery.
