The Outdooroven XL is a complete outdoor kitchen for the serious cook. This wood-burning oven combines a large barbecue grill, a pizza stone with closable door, and a smoking lid — giving you everything you need to grill, bake, roast, and smoke outdoors in one beautifully crafted Corten steel unit.
Wood Burning
The Outdooroven XL burns wood, with the fire providing both heat and ambiance. Allow approximately 30 minutes for the oven and cooking stone to reach temperature before use.
Barbecue Grill
Once the wood has burned down to embers, the stainless steel grill racks can be positioned at varying heights above the heat source. The hearth can also be used for cooking potatoes and vegetables directly in the embers.
Smoke
The double-walled construction channels smoke away from the fire, around the oven, and directly into the chimney — keeping smoke away from the hearth opening and preserving the flavour of your food. Close the lid over the grill area to add a smoky finish to your dishes.
